14 Day Exchange/Return for Refund Policy

We will only be able to process the refund/exchange for items that have been damaged or are unused.
For damaged items please take a picture of the item as well as the packaging and send the images to sales@cinnmoon.com we will then be able to process your exchange.

If you wish to return an item please get in touch prior to returning to discuss this.
The cost of returns are at the discretion of the customer, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount. However, if you wish to exchange this will be covered by us.
All exchanges will be sent out as soon as the original item has been received and approved. You will receive a shipping confirmation to allow you to track the item/s.
If a refund is requested it will be issued back through the original method of payment. We will need up to 5 business days from receiving the products before we are able to process your refund. Please bear in mind that in some instances financial institutions may require additional days to process before the funds are returned to the account.
